I have figured something out about what works for me. Having a daily focus for a month is a great motivation for me. I enjoy things like The Moments Challenge immensely. But when I try to do the exact same thing for the second month I drift away from it. Each month needs to be something a bit different to have the most benefit for me. I'm still posting occasional moments on Instagram. I have started doing photos taken with the Instagram app and posted then and there. It's my here and now. It encourages me to stop and share. Another way of being present.
